The Case Page allows you to filter both past and current Cases to retrieve Cases that you want to collaborate on or use as reference for a new analysis. Case Search Filters You can filter to search for Cases in the following ways:
  • Priority - filter Cases based on P0, P1, or P2 priorities
  • Status – filter Cases based on whether they are Assigned, Closed, In Progress, or Open.
  • Assignee – view Cases based on who they are assigned to.
  • Assets – view Cases based on the Facility, Asset Level, and Assets related to the case.
  • Date Created – view Cases created between a user-indicated start and end date
The filtered results populate in the grid table, sorted by priority. You can click on a Case Name to access its Case Detail Page. Clicking on the Number of Alerts opens a modal listing all Alerts added to the Case. Clicking on the Number of Assets for Case opens a modal listing all Assets associated with the Case.

Create a Case

All Cases
  1. Click the add (plus) icon in the table to create a new Case. You can associate the Case with an Alert later.
  2. Fill in the relevant information.
  3. Click the Create button. You will be redirected to the Case Details Page for the newly created Case.

All Cases

The All Cases tab shows all the Cases generated in a Facility that you have access to.

My Cases

The My Cases tab shows cases that:
  1. you were assigned to
  2. cases that you were tagged in, or
  3. cases you created.
My Cases
