Spare Parts
page contains all the parts that have been loaded into the application. This page enables you to visualize the current inventory status of parts and how the amount of inventory for each part may be affected by work and purchase orders.
The main portion of the page is the All Parts
grid. This grid contains information about each part in the application, including:

grid using information about the part (such as Part Number or Part Name), stocking strategy (Average Lead Time or Number of Reorders), or supplier.

grid to view more information about a specific part. This will showcase the Part Detail Chart
, All Purchase Order Lines
grid, and Forecasted Purchase Orders
grid.
Part Detail Chart
shows a timeseries visualization about the part’s inventory. You can view the Actual Inventory, Inventory Forecaset, Demand Forecast, Reorder Level, and Reorder Quantity plotted on the graph. You can also view specific events in time, such as when Work Orders have sufficient inventory vs insufficient inventory, as well as when purchases are completed or estimated to be delivered. You can hover your mouse over the events on the chart to view additional information about the Work Orders or Purchase Orders.
All Purchase Order Lines
grid showcases information about all the Purchase Order Lines that contain this part. Typically, a work order might be broken into multiple Purchase Order Lines, each with different quantities of the part ordered. This grid supports a high level view of the various Purchase Order Lines, their statuses, critical dates, and the order quantity.
Forecasted Purchase Orders
grid showcases the anticipated purchase orders that will be required, based on current Work Orders or Purchase Orders that involve the part at a future date. Here, you can view the Purchase Order date, Expected Delivery Date, and Order Quantity.
